Quick Start Guide
  • Download SoundWarZ.zip and move the zip file to your Desktop

  • Right click on SoundWarZ.zip and select extract all
    Open the SoundWarZ folder and double click SoundWarZ.exe to launch

  • You must agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms to use SoundWarZ

  • The first time you run SoundWarZ a board with sounds is created

  • You can Drag media, e.g .wav files, into SoundWarZ window to add them to the board
    Any button inside the ViewPort box will show in the Reactor
    You can move the ViewPort by holding down the middle mouse button and dragging
    You can right click on the ViewPort -> Select Options to change the ViewPort size and Color

  • Click the green Start SoundWarZ button
    Login to SoundWarZ, if you don't have an account create one here

  • After logging in, follow the link to the Reactor or click here

  • Click the top left Icon to enter the Boards screen
    Select "First Soundboard"

  • Clicking on a button triggers the sound to play
    A Notification popup opens on the Desktop App and the sound starts playing

  • You can click the "Stop Sounds" in either App to stop the sounds
VBAudio Integration
  • Install VBAudio Cable from this link

  • Configure the Microphone Input in Windows

  • Open the Windows Settings, select System, then Sound

  • Under Input select CABLE OUTPUT as the device

  • Click on the Cable Output and set it as the default communication device

  • In SoundWarZ select VBAudio in the plugins menu

  • Set the key you use for your Mic, Do not use the Mouse buttons as a Mic key; this does not work

  • Click Enable

Use SoundWarZ with CounterStrike 2

  • Launch CounterStrike 2

  • Go to CS2 Settings and Navigate to Voice; select CABLE OUTPUT as the device

  • To use SoundWarZ in game open the CounterStrike console by pressing the ~ key (top left on keyboard)

  • Type in voice_loopback true and enter

  • This command allows you to hear the Microphone output in game

  • In the Reactor click on the Computer icon to change the output to VBAudio

  • When the Icon is a Computer the sound will play but not over the Mic

  • When the Icon is a Controller the sound will play over the mic; Make sure CS2 is in focus and that you are triggering from another device(e.g a phone). If the game is not in focus you will not hear the playback

  • Clicking on a sound will now play to the Virtual Cable

  • While in game your Mic will open and the sound will play. If you do not hear the sound playing check to make sure CABLE OUTPUT is selected as the Mic and that you entered voice_loopback true in the game console.

  • Also ensure the game is in Focus and you have the Mic key set to a keyboard key
